2022 Campers

About the Camps

We will have two general camps over a three-day session to cover all of the fundamentals of volleyball and apply them in game-like situations.  The morning sessions will focus on fundamental drills and the afternoon sessions will be more competitive drills. Campers are invited to attend both sessions with lunch provided if they choose.  Sessions are available to everyone entering 4th-9th grade in the Fall of 2023 school year.

Dates

  • June 12th, 13th, and 14th 9am-4pm All Skills Clinic FULL DAY (receives t-shirt)(lunch included) ($275) (cutoff will be met when one of the sessions becomes full)
  • June 12th, 13th, 14th 1pm-4pm All Skills Clinic ($150)(receives t-shirt) (80 campers cutoff)
  • June 12th, 13th, 14th 9am-12pm All Skills Clinic ($150)(receives t-shirt) (80 campers cutoff)

FAQ’s

Will my daughter be allowed to stay between camp sessions?

Yes! Campers who are signed up for the full day will stay between sessions. We will provide their lunch.

Is it ok that my daughter has never played before?

We divide campers by ability and experience so maximize the learning and fun! So all skill levels are welcome and will be appropriately challenged.

Camp Staff

Camp Director and Lead Clinician: Natalie Murray

Natalie Murray is the Memorial Head Coach. In addition to 17 years of coaching in Edmond Schools, she also spent 8 years coaching for OP2 VBC. For the 2022 season, she was named Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, Metro Area Coach of the Year, and Regional Coach of the Year by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Natalie played volleyball for Southern Nazarene University from 2001-2004.

Elanna Dobbs is our EMHS Freshman Head Coach. She has coached for Memorial for the past two years, as well as coaching for Stingray volleyball club. Elanna has been around volleyball all her life and has extensive fundamental knowledge to share with our campers.

Kortney Jones is going into her second year with the Bulldogs. She was the JV Head Coach for the 2022 season, but will move into full-time Assistant Varsity Coach in 2023. Kortney was the Gatorade Player of the Year in Wyoming, twice! This led her to play for Cal State Bakersfield for their indoor and beach team. She has coached at all levels since 2016 including a semester at the Division 1 level. We are so excited to have her on staff for our camp.

Kaitlin Price joins our staff as the new JV Head Coach in the 2023 season. She has spent four years coaching with Stingray volleyball club. Her passion is for growing young athletes and growing the game of volleyball that she loves. We are very excited to have her on staff!

Ed Wilson is one of the most experienced volleyball coaches in Edmond, particularly in training girls at the developmental stage. He has led several teams to conference championships in his time with both Cimmaron and Central Middle Schools, and we are so happy he will bring his expertise to our camp staff!

Regan Pendleton is one of our favorite Bulldog alumni! As a starter for the 2016 State Championship team and selected for the 2019 All-State Large West team, Regan knows what it takes to excel at Memorial. She currently plays right side hitter for the University of Tulsa.
